Colin Michael Hawkins, 26, Ferdinand

Colin Michael Hawkins, 26, of Ferdinand, passed away, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at home.

Colin was born December 17, 1990 to Mike and Cathy (Clayton) Hawkins. Colin had a beautiful soul; he loved and was loved by everyone.

Colin loved adventure and was always hiking and camping with his dog, Chica, by his side, he lived more in his short life than most of us ever will. He loved spending time with his friends, the outdoors and never met a stranger and had a very special love for his brother Ben.

Colin is survived by his parents; brother, Ben; grandmother, Mary Lou Clayton of Santa Claus; grandparents, John and Yolanda Hawkins of Lebanon; aunts, Cindy (Gary) Bauer and Tracy (Marty) Shaw; uncles, Bob (Betty) Clayton, Ron(Rhonda) Clayton, David Hawkins and Rob (Carol) Hawkins; many cousins.

Colin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert L. Clayton and cousin, Maddie Clayton.

Visitation will be Sunday March 5, 2017, from 3 to 5 p.m. CST with services at 5:00 p.m. at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 12338 N. St. Peter’s Church Rd. Lamar.
