Dr. Alexander Salazar appointed to Memorial Medical staff

Alexander Salazar, M.D. was recently appointed to the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. He is an anesthesiologist.

Dr. Salazar graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science degree from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois, and received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford, Illinois. He completed a residency in anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio and is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He previously worked as a staff anesthesiologist in Walworth, Wisconsin.
