Eugene Louis Rademacher, Sr., 76, Holland
Eugene Louis Rademacher, Sr., 76, of Holland, passed away at 9:35 a.m. Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand.
He was employed at Holland Dairy for 33 years and retired as a truck jockey at Best Chairs. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church and the Holland American Legion. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals, Southridge Raiders and Indiana University sports fan. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Eugene is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Rademacher of Holland; one daughter, Jennifer (Larry) Nordhoff of Jasper; one son, Eugene “J.R.” (Dianna) Rademacher of Holland; two sisters, Roseann (Ron) Scott and Janet (Parvin) Smith, both of Dale; two brothers, Terry (Debbi) Rademacher of Memphis, IN and Joe (Anita) Rademacher of Montgomery, IN; five grandchildren, Amanda (Jared) Henke of Jasper, Audrey (Sean) Leinenbach of Holland, Aryn (Michael) Meyer of Portland, TN, Blake (Erika) Rademacher of Holland and Cody (Dea) Rademacher of Selvin; and by eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Eugene Louis Rademacher, Sr. will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T., on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at St. James Lutheran Church in Holland with burial to follow at the St. James Lutheran Cemetery West in Holland. Pastor David Darling will officiate at the service.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Memorial contributions to St. James Lutheran Church or family wishes.
