Today, longtime Huntingburg mainstay Fat & Sassy announced it would be closing. The last day the restaurant will be open is July 14th.

My wife and I would visit Huntingburg from California twice a year for 35 years now. Visiting ‘Fat and Sassy’ was always a must on each of our trips. Thank you for your good food and for all the friendly service you have given us through the years. We were sadden to hear that our next trip to the Mid-West will be about week after your closing date. We hope your next adventure in life will be a successful and fun journey. We have one question, where will we put the monies that normally would go the hopper? Gary and Armida Pund .
