Gail E. Guimond, 71

Gail E. Guimond, age 71, of Jasper and formerly of Southern California passed away at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2014, in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born March 1, 1942 in Saugus, Massachusetts to Robert E. and Cecelia Mae (Lanier) Parker. She married William C. Guimond January 26, 1978 in California.

Gail was very active in the Methodist faith.

She was School crossing guard in San Gabriel, California for many years and also operated an italian restaurant. Her recipes won her several award at the Los Angeles County Fair.

She is survived by her husband, William Guimond; one son, Michael O’Shea , Sioux City, Iowa; two daughters, Tammy Satieral, Upland, Cali., Wendy Blow and Downey, Cali.; three grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
