Henry L. Beckman, age 64, of Jasper passed away at 6:30 p.m. Thursday (April 5, 2012) in Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.

He was born November 5, 1947 at Celestine, Indiana to Anthony and Alvina (Seger) Beckman. He married Constance J. Kluesner July 1, 1973 in Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper.

Henry retired from Stylemasters Furniture a division of Kimball International where he had worked for many years and previously had worked for Hoosier Desk Company in Jasper.

He is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper -Celestine Community club and Jasper Moose Lodge # 1175.

He enjoyed cooking, playing card , planting flowers and playing with his two dogs.

Also several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death is one brother Eugene Beckman.

Funeral services for Henry Beckman will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday (April 11, 2012) in Holy Family Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday (April 10, 2012) at the Becher – Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or to the Dubois County Humane Society or to a favorite charity.
