Hot Air Balloon Glow event benefits foodbank

The public is invited to the 4-H Fairgrounds Saturday evening for a special event featuring hot air balloons.

The Realtors at ERA First Advantage have teamed up with German American Bank, Ruxer Ford, and Southern Indiana Propane to bring the family-friendly Dubois County Hot Air Balloon Glow to the 4-H Fairgrounds from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 21.

This event feature two special shaped balloons, “Bandit” the raccoon and a large cowboy “Billy the Kid.” These balloons have never been seen in the area, along with five additional balloons.

You can bring the family out for a drive through the fairgrounds and see these spectacular balloons. Admission is a single canned food item per person or a monetary donation benefiting the Dubois County Food Bank.
