LoftsAtSt.Josephs_CommunityAnnouncement_PressRelease_02.03picMiller-Valentine Group and the Huntingburg Chamber will host a sneak peak at The Lofts at St. Joseph’s on Thursday, May 5, 2016.

The Lofts at St. Joseph’s is the new housing community exclusively for adults 55 and over in the former St. Joseph’s Hospital.

The “Sneak Peek” event will take place on Thursday, May 5, 2016 between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce located at 327 E. 4th Street, Suite 205.

Miller-Valentine Group, along with their community partners TRI-CAP, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, and Old National Bank, anticipate the development to be completed in late June of this year.

The “Sneak Peek” event will serve as a showcase for prospective residents to take a closer look at the brand new apartment community built for adults 55 and over.

Visitors will be able to view spacious floor plans in greater detail, gather informational material and ask one of our onsite Leasing Specialists any questions they may have.

The Lofts at St. Joseph’s is unique in its approach to offer affordable housing on many levels. The pet friendly community will offer several amenities which separate them from their local competition; a large multi-purpose community room for the use of entertainment functions and events, a fitness center allowing residents to maintain an active lifestyle, as well as a clothes care center, media room and business center.

Each apartment home includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with brand new energy-efficient appliances, pantry, and breakfast bar/island; exceptional closet space, oversized bathroom, central air conditioning, and a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer connections.

  1. Geez – hope The Lofts are not reflective of their (Miller Valentine’s) website – they can’t even get the city’s name right, advertising us as “Huntington” in several places.
