Jasper and Dubois County Libraries giving out eclipse glasses

The Jasper-Dubois County Public Library (Jasper, Ferdinand, Dubois, and Birdseye) will be giving out a limited amount of free eclipse glasses on Tuesday, February 13th, from 4 p.m. until supplies run out.

All four libraries will be giving out glasses.

  • There will be a limit of 2 per family
  • The library will not hold glasses back for late pickup or use a waiting
    list–It is first-come, first-served.
  • Glasses should also be available for purchase from other local organizations, at eclipse events, and are currently available online (ensure they are from reputable sources–here is a list https://eclipse.aas.org/eye-safety/iso-certification).
