Louise O. Hembree, 75

Louise O. Hembree, 75, of Jasper, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014, in the Professional Care of Dale.

She was born in Jasper, Indiana on September 14, 1938 to Christian C. and Anna B. (Neukam) Kieffner. She married Harold Hembree on April 30, 1960 in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville.

Louise was a graduate of Jasper High School Class of 1957.

She did child care for many years in her home in Jasper.

She is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville.

She is survived by her husband, Harold V. Hembree; daughter, Barbara Miller and her husband Glenn, of Chrisney; grandson, Christopher L. Miller.

Preceding her in death are sisters, Ruth I. Mutchman and Marie S. Kieffner and brothers; Carl F. Kieffner and Wilfred A. Kieffner.

Funeral services for Louise O. Hembree will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 24, 2014, in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Haysville with burial to follow in St. Paul’s Cemetery in Haysville. The Rev. Charla Grieves will officiate.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Saturday, August 23, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper and one hour before services at church on Sunday,August 24, 2014.
