She wore the title “Marmie” with an immense amount of pride. In addition, her extended family was extremely important to her.

Surviving are her husband, Carl E. Hauser of Holland; one son, John C. Hauser and his wife Michelle of Minneapolis, Minnesota; one daughter, Carolyn Ruth Wallace and her husband Sean of Evansville; four grandchildren Madelyn, Lydia, Luke, and Stella of Evansville; and one sister, Janice Robertson Campbell of Ava, Missouri.
