Marta Kloeck, 82, Ferdinand
Marta Kloeck, 82, of Ferdinand, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at her home in Ferdinand.
Marta was born April 15, 1935, in Heilbronn, Germany, to Karl and Anna Maria (Wallenmaier) Hotzele. She was united in marriage to Francis Michael Kloeck on June 6, 1961, in Heilbronn, Germany. He preceded her in death on September 29, 1988.
Marta retired as a custodian at Forest Park High School and was a caregiver in home health. She enjoyed yard work, gardening (especially roses), cooking, quilting and knitting.
Surviving are three sons, Raymond (Cindy) Kloeck and Ralf Kloeck, both of Ferdinand, and Michael (Martha) Kloeck of Evansville; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Nathan, Mark and Samantha Kloeck and Lisa Keeran; and two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Ella Ray.
She was preceded in death by one son, Bill Kloeck.
Funeral services for Marta Kloeck will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 27 at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand. Father Jack Durcholz will officiate.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
