Matrix Integration expands to Bloomington

Matrix Integration acquires Cornwell Communications, Inc.

Matrix Integration announced the acquisition of Cornwell Communications, Inc. of Bloomington, Ind. This will be the fourth location for Matrix Integration, which also has offices in Jasper, Fishers, and Louisville, Ky.

“Telecommunications is an essential component of any IT solution, which is why we chose to acquire Cornwell,” said Nathan Stallings, president of Matrix Integration. “We’re looking forward to developing our business in the Bloomington area, as well as leveraging the knowledge and experience of the Cornwell staff with our clients nationwide.”

Matrix Integration plans to expand the offerings of the Bloomington office to provide clients with integrated IT capabilities, such as Managed IT Services, Security, Networking, Data Center and End User Computing, as well as expanded Unified Collaboration solutions.

Tom Cornwell, CEO of Cornwell Communications, will consult with Matrix Integration to ensure a smooth transition for Cornwell employees and customers. “My customers and employees, some for more than 20 years, are extremely important to me,” said Cornwell. “I’m confident the Matrix Integration team will take as good and even better care of them.
