OFS acquires adaptive architecture company, ROOM

OFS recently acquired ROOM, a renowned name in adaptive architecture specializing in modular workspace products.

According to the company, this partnership marks a significant milestone for OFS, as it unites ROOM with Carolina, Bryan Ashley, and Styline Logistics, enhancing the company’s range of outstanding products, solutions, and services across any environment or space.

OFS will channel production through the company’s local manufacturing facilities. To facilitate production the company has created a new line within the manufacturing facility, as well as cross-trained current employees. This new line and upskilled manufacturing team will also further leverage investments the company has made in new equipment over the last few years. 

ROOM has carved a niche in the market with its state-of-the-art adaptive architecture products, designed to offer more privacy and flexibility. By joining forces with OFS, ROOM’s expertise in creating adaptable, space-efficient solutions will be complemented by OFS’s wide range of high-quality furniture offerings.

Founded in 2018, ROOM offers a range of modular office pods that cater to the needs of modern workspaces. Known for its sustainable and user-friendly designs, ROOM has been a game-changer in the way workspaces are conceived and utilized.
