Ronald W. McCandless, 64, Jasper

Ronald W. McCandless, 64, of Jasper, entered rest on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at his home.

He was born on January 2, 1957, in Huntingburg to Lee and Sandra (Wilcoxen) McCandless.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sandra McCandless and a grandchild, Journi.

Ronald was retired from Whirlpool Corp and also worked at Cathedral Health Care in Jasper.

He is survived by his father Lee (Nina) McCandless of Winslow; his children, Melissa Ramos of Jasper, Jeremy McCandless, CIJI Lough of Pike County; sisters, Leanna White of Winslow, Dustin Bolin of Union, Tiffany Fraley, Lucinda Rothrock of Winslow; brothers, Travis McCandless of Winslow, Jason Brockriede of Huntingburg, and Brandon Shell of Pike County; grandchildren, Rachel Calles, Matteo Calles, Theodore Early, Isabella Lough, and Chaz Lough; great-grandchildren, Xavier Martinez and Xoey Nicholson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. EDT at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Ashby Cemetery.
