SERVUS! sells Denny’s Restaurants

SERVUS, Inc. announced the sale of its 20 Denny’s Restaurant division to Top Line Restaurants.
Starting in 1964 with one coffee shop, SERVUS, Inc. operates in four states: Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, and Michigan and has been a leader in the restaurant industry for over 50 years.
“While most people think of SERVUS for the nationally recognized quality restaurant brands we operate, lesser-known is the fact that the company has always been built on a strong foundation of real estate and real estate development,” said Sid Ruckriegel, owner and Assistant Treasurer. “This planned transition to focus primarily on the real estate portion of the business has been gradual over the past few years and is expected to finalize in early 2020.”
Al Ruckriegel, presiden of SERVUS, added that “being a family company, it was very important as we considered potential purchasers to find a company that mirrored our core values and belief of ‘team members first,’ but also had proven results of taking care of their guests. I think we have found just that with Top Line.”
Based out of Arizona, Top Line is owned by Tina and Glenn Beattie and has a proven track record with the Denny’s brand.

As dennys is in the middle of lawsuits
Hopefully we can still have a breakfast restaurant in Jasper. Nice on weekends but also weekdays
There’s always Shoney’s…
Steak ‘n Shake has breakfast !
Maybe now we can get other resteraunts into Jasper. Always heard over the years that Servus wouldn’t allow it.
I had an opportunity to work for Glenn and Tina Beattie as a GM.They are amazing owners and definitely took care of there management teams and the staff. Very personable. Best of luck to them!
