The Beehive 2023 seeking artists, makers and vendors

Jasper Community Arts announced The Beehive 2023, a market of professional local artists and makers.

The Beehive 2023 will be a one-day event this year, held on Saturday, September 30th, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This year’s market will be located on the grounds of the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center (100 3rd Ave. Jasper, IN 47546). This outdoor fall event will feature treasures and wares from dozens of excellent artisans, makers, and craftsmen and will also include musical entertainment, food, and more!

The Beehive concept originated with a group of art-minded friends looking for a way to locally celebrate high-end artisans and makers. Now part of Jasper Community Arts’ event programming, The Beehive 2023 hopes to once again continue the relaxed, casual atmosphere where art lovers can enjoy and purchase high-quality, handcrafted wares on the grounds of the beautiful Thyen-Clark Cultural Center.

Jasper Community Arts is currently accepting vendor applications for The Beehive 2023. Interested vendors can receive more details and apply at jasperarts.org/beehive. Vendor spots are 10 feet by 10 feet and vendors must supply their white tent(s), table(s), and chair(s). This is a high-end juried arts market, meaning not all that apply will be accepted. The application and booth fee is $75, those who are not selected will have their fee refunded. Vendor applications will be accepted through August 4th and vendors will be notified by email whether they have been selected or not.

Additional information about The Beehive can be found on the Jasper Community Arts Facebook and Instagram pages as well as the Jasper Community Arts website, jasperarts.org/beehive
