Woods Printing recognized for industry excellence

Woods Printing Company Receives Multiple Awards in the 2016 Graphic Excellence Awards

The Great Lakes Graphics Association (GLGA) has selected Woods Printing Company as a 2016 Graphics Excellence Award Winner among the Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin Region.

The GEA competition is one of the largest printing competitions in the nation.

With distinction, Woods Printing has been awarded the ‘Award of Excellence’ in two categories. The categories of note are Calendars and Full-Color Booklets.

”It is a great accomplishment to be recognized among our peers in the printing industry. There were numerous entries in every category and we are extremely honored for our work to be chosen,” said Brian Craig, Director of Operations.

A panel of out-of-state judges with extensive experience in printing and print production was selected to examine the print pieces. Each entry was judged on criteria including clarity and neatness, sharpness, richness of color, difficulty of printing and overall visual impact.

Woods Printing Company is headquartered in Holland with 22 full-time employees. Established in 1971, the company has grown to offer printing services for both small and large format printing projects to businesses and groups across the country.
